Food Lion: Good Deal Alert — My Essentials Rice

There’s a scanner at my local Food Lion. It was down last time I was in there and I was just convinced it was going to be down still.

It wasn’t, and it printed me some pretty great coupons, including one for $.75 off any bag of My Essentials rice.
I went to the rice aisle and found the smallest bag. It’s white rice and it’s 82 cents. I know, I know, brown rice is supposed to be better for you, but in Japan, they feed brown rice to the prisoners [[it’s their bread and water]]. And they live to be 100 on white rice, so I’m not worried.
The Deal:
Purchase:
$.82 — My Essentials White Rice, 16 oz.

Coupons:
$.75 — My Essentials rice couponn from the scanner

Total after coupons: 7 cents.

I’m going back tomorrow to see if the coupons will print again.

Restaurant.com: $25 Certificates For $7

Another day, another Restaurant.com deal.

There’s no expiration, so there’s no rush. Which is why you should take advantage of these offers when we post, then use them whenever you want. This deal is the worst I’ve seen, but if you’re planning on taking mom to dinner this weekend, well, you should pick one of these up.

Right now, you can head over to Restaurant.com and get a $25 gift card for $7 when you enter the code MOM now through May 10.

Burger King: $1 For Two Chicken Pieces [[Today Only]]

I was on Viggle, checking into my shows and watching my videos. I generally don’t pay attention to them, but that’s only because they went down from 100 points to 5.

I did see one for Burger King, though, and I actually watched it.
Turns out today [[May 5]], you can get two chicken pieces for $1. Pete and I actually saw the commercial on TV later and, well, the chicken looks really small. But, a dollar is a dollar. And these might be delicious and well worth the potential overpricing.
Are you gonna stop by this weekend for them?

Restaurant.com: $25 Certificates For $5 [[Today Only]]

Another day, another Restaurant.com deal.

There’s no expiration, so there’s no rush. Which is why you should take advantage of these offers when we post, then use them whenever you want.

Right now, you can head over to Restaurant.com and get a $25 gift card for $5 when you enter the code CINCO today [[May 6]].
I kinda wish the holiday was Uno de Mayo so we could all get gift certificates for a buck, but that’s just wishful thinking.
